Reply 1 with an alert’s code to approve the change it names. Anything Sparki drafts for you, and anything that deletes, cancels, or messages someone outside your team, runs only when you reply YES with its code.
It checks which one you mean
When a request could match more than one item, Sparki asks before drafting anything.
Codes expire
A drafted change has to be confirmed within 15 minutes. If the item changed in the meantime, nothing is done.
Quiet hours and a daily limit
Set the hours Sparki stays quiet and the most texts it sends per day. Replies to your own texts never count against it.
Owners and admins only
Sparki answers the account owners and admins who turned it on, from the phone number they verified.

What is Text with Sparki?+
Text with Sparki lets owners and admins text Sparki, Spark Inventory’s AI assistant and the same Sparki as in the app. They ask about their stock, sales, and purchase orders, get urgent alerts and daily summaries, and approve changes by replying to a text. Sparki is an AI, not a person.
What can I ask Sparki by text?+
Anything you would ask Sparki in the app about your account, such as what needs reordering, how much of an item is on hand, or where a purchase order stands. You can also ask it to draft a purchase order, a transfer, a stock adjustment, or a sales order.
Can Sparki change my data without asking?+
No. On an alert, reply 1 with its code to approve the change it names. For anything Sparki drafts, it texts you a short code, and nothing happens until you reply YES with that code. Deleting, cancelling, or messaging someone outside your team always needs YES. A draft expires after 15 minutes. If the item changed before you confirmed, nothing is done.
Which texts does Sparki send?+
Urgent alerts as they happen, a morning brief at 8 AM, an evening wrap at 6 PM, and a weekly pulse on Mondays, all in your local time. You choose which ones you get, the topics you want alerts about, your quiet hours, and the most texts per day.
Who can use Text with Sparki?+
Account owners and admins with a US mobile number. You turn it on in Spark under Profile, then SMS, by verifying your number and agreeing to the program terms.
How much does Text with Sparki cost?+
Text with Sparki is included on the Solo plan and up, with no extra charge from Spark for texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How do I stop the texts?+
Reply STOP at any time, or turn Text with Sparki off in your profile. Reply HELP for support.
