Spark drafts the purchase order, transfer, or adjustment and texts you a code. It only runs when you reply YES with that code.
It checks which one you mean
When a request could match more than one item, Spark asks before drafting anything.
Codes expire
A drafted change has to be confirmed within 15 minutes. If the item changed in the meantime, nothing is done.
Quiet hours and a daily limit
Set the hours Spark stays quiet and the most texts it sends per day. Replies to your own texts never count against it.
Owners and admins only
Spark Solo answers the account owners and admins who turned it on, from the phone number they verified.

What is Spark Solo?+
Spark Solo is Spark Inventory’s text assistant. Owners and admins text it questions about their stock, sales, and purchase orders, get urgent alerts and daily summaries, and approve changes by replying to a text. It runs on Sparki, the same agent as the in-app chat.
What can I ask Spark Solo by text?+
Anything you would ask Sparki in the app about your account, such as what needs reordering, how much of an item is on hand, or where a purchase order stands. You can also ask it to draft a purchase order, a transfer, a stock adjustment, or a sales order.
Can Spark Solo change my data without asking?+
No. Spark drafts the change and texts you a short code. Nothing happens until you reply YES with that code, and a draft expires after 15 minutes. If the item changed before you confirmed, nothing is done.
Which texts does Spark Solo send?+
Urgent alerts as they happen, a morning brief at 8 AM, an evening wrap at 6 PM, and a weekly pulse on Mondays, all in your local time. You choose which ones you get, the topics you want alerts about, your quiet hours, and the most texts per day.
Who can use Spark Solo?+
Account owners and admins with a US or Canadian mobile number. You turn it on in Spark under Profile, then SMS, by verifying your number and agreeing to the program terms.
How much does Spark Solo cost?+
Spark Solo is a paid add-on to your Spark Inventory account. Contact the Spark team to add it. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How do I stop the texts?+
Reply STOP at any time, or turn Spark Solo off in your profile. Reply HELP for support.
